Qrafter and Qrafter Pro 5.4 for iPhone and iPad released

Qrafter and Qrafter Pro 5.4 are now available on the App Store. This version fixes a bug which caused Qrafter to crash on iOS 4.3 and earlier. This bug was introduced with v5.3. Thanks to Apple for their help on reviewing the app with high priority.

After one year and five months on the App Store, Qrafter and Qrafter Pro reach a total download count of 2,010,200. One million of them were in the last six months. Hoping to see three million soon!

Qrafter and Qrafter Pro 5.3 for iPhone and iPad released

After a long wait (for me), Qrafter and Qrafter Pro 5.3 are now available on the App Store. The addition of this version is the malicious URL checker that will both display the final destination of a URL that was scanned from a QR Code and check it for malicious content.

The difference of this checker from a couple of apps on the App Store that say they do the same is, this actually works, without confusing you with some unnecessary graphs or “maliciousness percentages”. The URL is either safe or is possible malware/phishing URL. Simple and reliable.

This version also makes it much easier to reach the Facebook page of Qrafter, directing you to the official Facebook app (if installed) instead of opening a browser window.
