New blog theme, Mystique

I was using the Arclite theme from designer Milenko Popovici (digitalnature), and went to his site to check for updates to the theme. I saw Mystique theme there and loved it instantly. So, I will be using it for my blog from now on. This man has real talent! 🙂

    Is it possible to get a larger image header?

  5. Hello there! I´m using the Mystique-theme just like you. When I first visited your site I became really impressed of your custom design, and now I´m about to change the background on my own site into a custom one.

    The problem is that when I upload my background-image, it only covers a part of the bakground, as you can see on this link: http://www.pryligatips.se/.

    Do you know a css-code or something which makes my background-image to cover the hole site?

    1. You have the following set in your User CSS tab. You should remove that.

      #page{background-image:url(http://www.pryligatips.se/wp-content/themes/mystique/images/_alt/header2.jpg);}

  6. Im just playing around with this theme and it’s great. How do I change the font size on the headings? Anyone know.. I see where you can change the font types but not size.

    Specifically I want to change titles a little smaller on the Single posts page.

    Thanks!

    1. This may work when added to User CSS tab:

      h1.title{font-weight: bold;font-size: 180%;margin:0 0 .2em 0;padding:.2em 0 0 0;text-shadow: #fff 1px 1px 1px;}

  7. Hi, great blog!
    I’m also using the same theme and I was wondering if you had any insight on how to take out the header text from the site? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Megan

  9. Hi again Kerem, thanks for your post about adding additional icons, it helped out.

    I have an unrelated question though. I changed my home page to a static page and blog to a page named “blog.” But now my “blog” page button stays down even though im on another page. Is there something i can do? Thank you.

  10. I’ve been wondering how you change the RSS link in the RSS icon..I’ve been searching everywhere for this solution..please help!

      1. Hi can you tell me where this is located? is this in the header.php folder or a subfolder within the mystique theme? i cant find exactly where’s get_bloginfo(‘rss2_url’) to replace it with my URL. Thanks a lot!

  11. Hi, how did you get to re-arrange the menu for the pages?

    I would like to have “about” last but no matter what value I assign to the pages in the edit-> attributes option is is alphabetical with about being first…

    Thx.

    T.
