vCard Getter development stopped

Before iOS 7, there was no way to open a .vcf file when using Safari on iOS, so I wrote a small app called vCard Getter to help with that. It was able to fetch the file and add the contacts in it to your address book.

But with iOS 7, Apple finally did the right thing and added the ability to download and open the file using its native Contacts app. So, there wasn’t any motivation for me to continue the development of vCard Getter anymore.

After two and a half years of availability, vCard Getter will no longer be available for purchase on the App Store. Thanks to everyone who downloaded and used it.

  1. Hello, I need some functionality information about the QR code as it relates to keeping retail inventory. Also, I need to know if the print and design for various codes are unlimited. Please advise, thanks.
